Trendy clothing boutique catering to young adults/women. You are likely to find a variety of things that appeal to sorority events, game day, and date nights. They have some nice loungewear and a cute gift section in the store as well. Staff were friendly during my first trip to the store but didn’t attempt to engage with me until I was close to checking out. There is space to try on close if desired. A bit pricey but on par with what you would expect for boutique pricing and the brands they carry.

Dogs are welcomed here but not persons of color. This is the second time I have visited this store. No one greeted me or asked if they could help me find something. That to say the least when two Caucasian women came in while I was there they were greeted upon entering the store. That says people of color aren’t given customer service at Swank’s and I don’t recommend black or brown people shop or spend their hard working money with a store that can’t acknowledge that you are worthy of customer service. I sent an email to the customer support Manager after this post however she hasn't replied to my email. 😒😐☹️😑 One year later they removed the sign but I don’t even get a hello or welcome at this store. Honest and genuine review. The manager never 👎 replied by calling me to resolve this issue.

I visited a different location earlier in the week and spent about $100 and I don't think anybody offered to help me or even said hello (despite there being at least 3-4 girls working). I stopped at this location today to see if they had another pair of the pants I bought because I liked them so much. The girls who were working were very attentive to me, greeting me upon arrival. They were able to immediately know what I was looking for based on just by my description. They also search the inventory of the local stores to determine if there were any more items in my size. Extremely helpful.

The NA location is my absolute favorite!!! The store is so inviting and clean all the time and all of the girls are so helpful. Miss (Emerson) is so-so sweet and helped me so much today when I went! Always in the mood to swing by Swank and can't wait for my next visit and purchase 🥰🤑 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The girls That work here are insanely rude. No one spoke when I walked in and no one spoke as I browsed. The staff looked at me once and didn’t speak and continued To take selfies in the mirror and texting. Nowhere I want to spend my money or overpay for a headband!
