if i could give a 0 star i would! worst place EVER! even though my daughter only was there for a week and that wasn’t even moving in because her place was infested by roaches and i mean not just big ones the small ones we tried to get rid of told the maintence and irma to get just mouse sticky traps to catch them they said they get someone to spray which they didn’t do and we could tell! my daughter was pregnant and had a 2 year old and they were no way they could live in this filthy apartment. we were told it would be cleaned it wasn’t we spent 4 hours cleaning a moldy dish washer and nasty cabinets and floors it was dog hair all over the place in the bathtub and all and in dishwasher. we was told it was a smoke free apartment which also was a lie the smoke yellow vents and walls and ceiling told the true story. we asked for her to get out of her lease and her money back and she did allow that but it was a headache getting the money back and almost 2 months becuase the first check apparently got lost. when we would go and ask about it she got a huge attitude and was snappy with me and my daughter and was not the nice person she shows herself to be when u try to get the apartment when u got a issue her true side comes out. BE AWARE IF YOU MOVE HERE IF U WANT A AFFORDABLE APARTMENT THIS IS YOUR PLACE IF YOU WANT A NASTY APARTMENT WITH ROACHES THIS IS ALSO YIUR PLACE!

I have lived here for about a year. Love my apartment! Nice location and quiet! The grounds here are clean and well kept. Andy, our maintenance guy is very nice, and quick to respond. Irma, our property manager is very nice, always helpful. She is just the type of person you could sit and have coffee & conversations with. Professional but real down to earth. Her and Andy make a great team! So, a big shout out to both of you..you both are very much appreciated.

this was my first apartment and can honestly it was the best ever, very thankful that it was very affordable for my first place compared to other apartments. They do everything in their power to help you with any concerns and you don’t see that often in this day of age. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking a nice and affordable apartment in this economy. Truly the most quiet and peaceful place to live.

Irma is doing shady things and refusing to give me corporate number to call and make a complaint! Very unprofessional! Give me the number to someone hire up, I do not feel safe nor comfortable talking to Irma. In fact I know Irma wrote the response below. It’s not a low perception, it’s factual that you are refusing to allow me to speak with someone else!

I lived here for 3 years and never had a bad experience. It's tucked away from all the noise and traffic on wrightsboro rd and has a very homey feel. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for an apartment in Grovetown. They allow pets and recently created an area for a small dog park which is really cool. The staff is awesome and everyone is so welcoming and im truly going to miss living here. 5/5 stars!
