Love love LOVE this place. I first discovered them when my baby was in the NICU, they were so sweet and welcoming. I still shop here often almost 2 years later. Their trade-in items for credit system is amazing, their selection is constantly changing, and you'll find some cool stuff at an amazing price! The owners and workers are nothing short of friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

They always seem to have exactly what I’m looking for! AND at a highly discounted price! I love this store! The two ladies that work there are so sweet and welcoming. They even have a space for your kids to play while you shop! They have full sized shopping carts as well, unlike most stores compared to this one.

This store embodies the spirit of home...Every time I go shopping here, it's a truly uplifting experience. The customer service is honestly the best. I personally admire everyone who works at this place they are all extremely hard workers. It is also the most affordable place to shop for anything baby or kid related, they are a family owned business and I love that, please come shop here with your kids, I highly recommend it.

I was dissapointed in the onboarding process for this consignment shop. I was told to drop my stuff and they would get back to me on Monday- No problem. Well, at no point was I told it was Credit only. This upset me simply because it was not discussed. Most places give you the option of cash or credit and then you can make a decision. I expressed this over the company text message that was shared to me and was told I was not a good fit as a customer. I think this is very odd, that you would not want me as a customer for questioning something that was not explained to me. I was told to review the website- which I didn't do prior because I was referred to this place by a friend of mine. Something is up with this. I have included the messages so that this doesn't happen to another potential customer. It won't let me respond to the business reply- 1. No one told me you were doing me a favor by accepting on Saturday... I wouldn't have dropped of if I knew this was your policy. 2. Post a picture if you have that on the paper I signed, but again nothing was told to me or explained VERBALLY. Nor do I remember seeing that. The paper looked like a voicemail record sheet to me. 3. I'd like to state, that since you break your policy for some and not others, that isn't a very good policy. I did not ask for an exception on a Saturday. I came in and was told to sign the paper and drop my stuff. That was it. Not a good system since you have so many 'policies' and aparently only choose to follow some. *Your text came in after I posted my original review. Which I still feel this response was unnessary. You made it clear you did not want my business... you don't need to insult me further by calling me 'brusque' when asking a simple question as a confused customer. It seems to me you don't like being questioned when a customer/patron has a concern. I don't think this is how business should be done.
