The Lofts at King Mill

My husband and I just moved into our new apartment with Lofts at King Mill. Throughout our experience so far - everyone we have interacted/communicated with has been amazing! Emily in the leasing office was the one who gave us our initial tour back in February. Since then she has answered all our questions and made sure we were ready for move in! Since we moved in, we had a couple things that needed attention. Rob and Jonathan from the maintenance crew were quick to respond and take care of things. Also, just the overall community of people are nice and welcoming. Highly recommend adding this to your list of places to tour and call home!

I had such a wonderful experience touring Lofts at King Mill in Augusta, GA with my boyfriend Quentin. From the very start, Emily and Jasmine were beautifully sweet and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Jasmine, especially, went above and beyond she patiently toured us multiple times, always with a kind attitude and genuine care and cracked many jokes. Emily took me and Quentin on an adventure when some floor plans were under construction and showed us the upcoming floor plans. It really meant a lot how she took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and that we felt confident in our decision. With their amazing help, we decided on floor plan 2J, and we couldn’t be happier. The space is perfect, and the entire experience felt so personal and welcoming. Huge thanks to Jasmine and Emily for making it all so easy and enjoyable!

I recently toured this massive apartment complex twice, once with Jasmine and another with Matt and I was thoroughly impressed. They’ve done an incredible job restoring a historic mill, seamlessly blending character and modern living. While some parts are still under construction, I’ve learned they’re set to be completed in just a few weeks. The amenities are top-notch—particularly the huge gym and the pool with swim lanes, which will be great for regular use. Touring this property was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic loft space with unbeatable features. Looking to find a floor plan that matches my style soon!

Recently moved into The Lofts at King Mill and I could not be more satisfied. Not only are the apartments and facilities beautiful, the staff at The Lofts at King Mill are next level. Specifically, the leasing professional Jasmine White went above and beyond. She was so welcoming during the tour and explained in detail the esthetic quirks in combination with the functionality of each floor plan and how each one might work for us. In the end, she helped us find the perfect apartment. I have never had such quick turn around time with work orders. The huge benefit of living in an apartment is when there is an issue, you can place a work order. Rob is your go to guy! He is patient and quick to respond with a completed work order following shortly after. Such a blessing compared with my previous experiences. You can feel confident in the staff at The Lofts at King Mill to put your needs and concerns first, meeting them with prompt workable solutions. My only regret is that the lofts weren’t available when I first moved to Augusta 3 years ago.

My girlfriend and I toured Lofts at King Mill at least 10 times, and every single visit was just as welcoming and helpful as the first. Huge thanks to Jasmine she was incredibly patient, accommodating, and thorough, taking the time to show us every floor plan and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Emily was also wonderful, providing excellent service and making the process smooth. They genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home, and their professionalism and hospitality made the decision-making process so much easier.
