The Lash And Brow Bar | Microblading

I love coming here. I've gotten botched microblading in Washington and spent $500 to $1000 getting that removed. When I got to GA the professional at Lash & Brow Bar hooked me up. She did my brows and they looked amazing. Money well spent. My first touch-up took two years to get. I love it here. I relax and enjoy the time while getting my eyebrows and my lashes done! Now I can wait another year or so before fussing over cosmetics and focus on growing my career. THANK YOU!

March 24th my very first time getting microbladding by Hannah. Today was my follow up to check my brows and fill in any sparce areas where the pigment did not take. Well instead of touching up my brows, Hannah wanted to charge me $300 to fill in my brows after the initial $400 for the service. A Hustler and very un professional and deceptive in my opinion of how I was treated. March 24,2025 to May 15th 2025 brow healing time . Fix my brows, give me what I asked for not just clean them up, Really ? I would not recommend this business at all . Be very aware. So disappointed! I went to her because of the reviews. I did not get what I paid for. If you do right by a costumer they will do right by you. Be honorable! Ladies be aware . I say go elsewhere.

Great place!! I would not ever want to go anywhere else to get my lashes done. Friendly ladies that treat you like family. They work with you to get your lashes just the way you like them. The prices are fair too.

I have been going here for a few months now, at least twice a month. Every time I come it is a wonderful experience. When I first wanted to get my lash extentions, I called and spoke with Hannah about my questions and concerns. She answered all of my questions with patience and helpfulness. Each time I have my appointment, they are super nice and helpful. My lashes always look wonderful, healthy, and have great staying power. The salon is quiet and peaceful, unlike some places where there are a ton of people running around and talking, I almost fall asleep every time! She was really patient with me when my lashes were fluttering from nervousness when we first started as well. The prices are good, the people are sweet and helpful, and I'm so glad I chose to come here all these months!

For the most part I think the pictures speak for themselves. I’m extremely disappointed in the service provided. At the start of my appointment, we were suppose to have a consultation so I could choose between a lash lift/tint or extensions. She profusely claimed I should not get extensions even though it’s what I wanted to get. After she talked at me about why not to get them (even though she said I could get either one when I booked the appointment) she asked that if I was going to spend anymore time deciding, for me to reschedule which was frankly insulting. Instead of “wasting more time” I just did what she wanted me to do and got the lash lift/tint. Come to find out, she just wanted me to do that service just so she could do three other eyebrow clients DURING my service while the tint and perm processed. I told her I was unsatisfied at the end of the service and she blamed it on my eyelashes. The tint and curl are minimal which you can see from the before and after pictures. I also attached a picture of what my eyelashes look like when I curl and put mascara on them so you know it is not my eyelashes that are the problem. I even reached out super politely immediately after my visit (text image attached) just thinking she would apologize and try to make it right and she completely ignored it. $140 down the drain. I will never be back here.
