We have been very satisfied with the work the Kitchen Center of Evans did for us. The pictures of the cabinets and kitchen island they created for our home speaks to the excellence they put in each piece of wood. Thank you so so much to Nancy Reid and her team for the new countertops in our kitchen. We recently had a fire at our house that made our old countertops look even worse but Nancy quickly got to work and her guys installed new countertops that make our kitchen look so beautiful. Earlier this year, we turned to Nancy Reid and The Kitchen Center to fully design the kitchen and bathrooms in a completely gutted flip house my husband and his brother were doing. Nancy turned an overwhelming feat into a seamless process. She came in and created the entire kitchen and bathroom layouts without us having to lift a finger. We were even able to select the granite directly through her and never had any contact with a third-party granite company. Nancy coordinated everything for us and took the entire project off of our plate. I wish the whole house could have gone as smoothly and been as cost effective as the kitchen and bathrooms were. We couldn’t have been happier with the results. From the very first consultation to the final installation, their team was professional and responsive. The solid wood cabinets maximized storage space, making the room quite functional. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is excellent. Overall, I highly recommend The Kitchen Center to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. The entire process was stress-free, and the final result exceeded our expectations. I now have revamping the kitchen cabinets in our own home on my wish list and know we’ll turn to Nancy when we’re ready to do so!

I would not recommend this business! My wife and I had them remodel our kitchen. To give the details of our experience would take multiple pages. This is the abbreviated version. Nancy came out and looked at our kitchen, we told her what we wanted, and we agreed on a price and we paid in full. They started the work three months later. The individual that took out the old cabinets damaged our ceiling and Pinewood floor. The new cabinets that were installed were the wrong size and had to be re-ordered. The replacements were a little too long but we accepted them. The new cabinets left unsightly bare spots on the floor and the ceiling that should have been covered up but were left as they were. They had to cut some of the wood off of the cabinets to make them fit properly and left splintered edges on the wood. After installing the granite countertops, several power outlets needed to be modified. They were “patched” to work but were unsafe. We had to pay extra for the granite and had to buy a new sink and faucet which we were not told originally. Nancy told us that they make these cabinets themselves here locally. We found out that they are ordered premade from a company in Kansas. I could keep going. We were told multiple times that all the damage would be repaired but it never was. Finally, after 5 months, we took care of everything ourselves. We ended up spending over $3000 more than we were originally told. We had to replace some boards on our pine wood flooring, repair and repaint some places on the ceiling, install plumbing for the new sink, repair several power outlets around the new countertops, etc. We gave Nancy more than sufficient time to make things right and she never did.

Nancy was fantastic from the beginning to the end of our project. She installed countertops and a full backsplash in our kitchen. We also had countertops installed in our laundry room, master bathroom, guest bathroom and a bar cabinet in the lower level of our home. We would definitely use her again.
