I ordered a centerpiece arrangement from The Ivy Cottage based on the beautiful photo on their website. The delivered arrangement was significantly smaller than pictured (approximately half the size), with carnations instead of the advertised roses and no candles as shown. I attempted to resolve this issue and give them the opportunity to make this right by contacting the florist via email and phone, but my requests for a partial refund or store credit were completely ignored. This was a major disappointment, especially considering the price I paid. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when ordering from The Ivy Cottage. There are many other options for flowers without overpaying for inferior arrangements.

I needed to place an order for a sympathy arrangement, and really did not want to use a big chain florist. I placed my order online, after work hours, directly with The Ivy Cottage in Aiken SC. They called me the next day, once concerning a substitute and what they recommended, which was perfectly acceptable to me, and again just to make sure I had no other requests. They were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. One of my sisters was able to attend the service in Aiken, and she said the flowers were gorgeous and the doves in them were a beautiful touch. My uncle was very appreciative of them, and had them displayed in the front of the hall for all to see. I would absolutely recommend using them again for the Aiken SC area. Great job!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the arrangement that I ordered from The Ivy Cottage. I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to include a floral pitcher. I spoke with my friend that I delivered it to and asked her how she like the floral pitcher that the flowers came in. She responded with "Pitcher"? "They came in a plain green glass vase"..... The ONLY reason I ordered this arrangement was because of the pitcher. I emailed customer service and was informed that the pitcher pictured on their website has not been available since 2016 but yet they are still advertising it. Buyer beware...this is a typical case of bait and switch. The arrangement pictured on the left is what they delivered. The picture on the right was what I thought I was ordering...never again ....

Very friendly, extremely cute and well maintained place. The flower arrangements are beautifully done, vibrant, smells amazing and last so much longer than other bouquets I had gotten from other florists. Ill definitely be going back or making an order from there.

This place has not only let me down once, but twice now ! Should have learn the first time when I pre ordered valentines flowers before February the 1st and they wanted to charge me the extra money since their website wasn’t updated yet . Same thing happened today . There website isn’t accurate and they have nothing as shown . They then proceed to call you and offer you another suggestion for the same price . For the same price they want to give you less!! I will not ever use them again !! You cannot go by their website and they apparently do not know how to update it and have nothing as shown !!
