The Ironwood Luxury Apartments and Townhomes

Great layout, huge closets, well equipped gym, perfect location. Open aired hallways are not secured and are often quite dirty with dirt, pollen, and dead bugs. Beautiful pool area with lounge chairs. Outdoor grills and fire places did not work for many months while living in the building. Building lounge and coffee station never reopened after COVID in March. Consistent problems with the Luxor package station. Not well insulated between floors and can hear anyone that walks above. Friendly community and safe neighborhood. Next to the river, greenway, restaurants and bars, and the baseball stadium. I believe this property is one of the best in the area (primarily due to location). Building management needs to improve the resident experience. Very few community events if any, when other properties were establishing virtual events and free food food truck experiences. Gym had sanitizing rags pre COVID, they were removed once COVID occurred and residents were asked to bring their own; this seemed backwards. I’d recommend viewing this property if looking in the area.

It’s clear she plays a pivotal role in creating the close-knit atmosphere that Ironwood is known for. The staff's dedication (Amber, Angel, David) to the residents doesn't end there. They are beyond accommodating, ensuring that any issue, no matter how small, is addressed promptly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and residents' well-being is evident in everything they do, from the pristine common areas to the quick maintenance responses, even for after-hours emergencies. The apartments themselves boast modern amenities, spacious floor plans, and a sense of privacy that can be hard to find in apartment living. This apartment complex is so beautiful with the best amenities, neighbors, and staff. Surrounding the complex is very nice, a super cute area with lots to do. Right around the corner is SRP Park and a whole strip of restaurants and even a boutique. The staff was so so helpful to me in the process of moving in. Especially Miss FaLawna, she is the absolute best and so sweet. The staff is very quick to answer any questions and super helpful with any problem. The day after I moved in I noticed the dishwasher wasn’t working properly and maintenance had it fixed within that same day! All around this apartment complex is amazing, definitely recommend!

Maintenance staff was very helpful. Shane responded quickly to our maintenance request and solved our problem the first day and even followed up the next day to ensure HVAC was working properly.

I am very disappointed in the professionalism of the Ironwood apartment complex in North Augusta SC. Do not sign here. We spent a lot of money on application fees as well as an extra deposit to hold a specific unit. We were told that we had seven days to come look at the unit and then decide if we wanted it or not and we would get our deposit back if we did not want the unit. We came within that time. We decided we did not want that unit so we emailed and called Ironwood Apartments several times still within the 7 days. We were completely ghosted and we have yet to receive our deposit back that we are owed. Not to mention, the staff was very unprofessional and rude on the phone and the area was not clean. Trash cans overflowing with trash sitting on counters because trash cans were full and this was a Tuesday morning. DO NOT RENT HERE! Please listen to the reviews and don’t overlook them just because it’s a good location. We did research and we heard the maintenance level is stagnant. I even tried to contact corporate and they said I need to talk to the apartment complex directly. Even though I’m out several hundred dollars I am so glad that we chose to rent elsewhere at a professionally run apartment complex. Update! Been 3 months now! Still waiting for my refund. I emailed both emails including the email the owner suggested in their response(which ive been emailing for months) and it came back undeliverable. They also screen their calls. Unbelievable.
