The worst, this home depot ever. I really stop coming here to being loads for the garden side. Product everywhere, it's a very small area, pallets in the way off the drivers. Ppl on the clock for nothing, can't get the help you need. This is ridiculous. Took them over 2hrs to unload my truck. I'm not delivering here again. Horrible management .

DO NOT SHOP HERE The staff from the manager to costumer service and the department staff were very rude and incompetent when it came to their jobs. I drove to the Home Depot in Evans and had my issue resolved immediately without question. It's just sad how poorly managed this store is.

I came in to return a drill and exchange it for a different brand. They told me it had to be put on a gift card to go towards the new drill. Ordered the new drill and the “woman” at customer service said she had no idea what she was doing and someone else would figure it out tomorrow. Came in the next day to pick up my drill and was told she rung it up as carry out. I told them no I don’t have a drill and yall have my money. After some back and forth I told them I just wanted the money back on my company credit card. They told me they can’t and only half can and the rest has to be on a gift card that I didn’t want. The 1800 customer service number told me I shouldn’t have let them do that and too bad. Now I have a gift card I have no use for because I refuse to use this store anymore and I’m out $108. Absolutely horrible customer service all the way around even after I was very patient and nice about it at first.

Perry and Logan in the paint department were both absolutely wonderful. When I called, Perry was patient and took the time and care to understand my concerns. When I arrived, Logan went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. World class customer service, Perry, Logan, and Trent for helping me get my DIY project done correctly. I’m not handy and I could not have done it without the assistance of all 3 of these gentleman. Thank you so very much.

....Where to begin, I made a $1200 order in lumber. Paid the stupid extra delivery fee to show up in the 4 hour window on a Saturday. Saturday at 2 comes no lumber. Call and NO ONE was giving me answer just, "Uh, it should be there, sir." I go up to the store, and they said oh the truck driver didn't pick it up. You will get it Monday by 2. Monday at 2 rolls around no lumber I call and talk to management the said they did not know why it's still sitting in their store and that they would call me back later guess what, no call back. It's 4 huge pallets of lumber, so it's not like I can just take a truck up there and get it. I have been on the phone with the store and corporate for 2 hours over this just to get my delivery. The worst part is that Lowes is even worse when it comes to deliveries. Anyway, still no answers on what is going on. They all make excuses on why the trucks are not picking it up. Hey Home Depot, it's not my job to schedule your trucks. If it was my job, my order and everyone else's order would actually deliver! (Hey Home Depot, I got your reply. Im not clicking some sketchy link and filing out personal information. Post a phone number, and I will gladly call.)
