The Heron at River Island Apartments

My fiancé and I recently moved into the apartment & while we’ve only been here for a short time- the place is fantastic. The front office workers are always welcoming and very hasty to solve any issues. Maintenance was quick and easy, not to mention everything can basically be done over an app (Loft Living). Trash service is amazing and the best we’ve had at any apartment & if they miss you.. there’s an app for that as well (Valet Living). The community is extremely dog friendly and there are so many sweet kids in the area. Lily, a child of a resident here, helped my son to learn how to swim more efficiently within our first few days of moving in! My only hope is eventually they build a playground. But there is so many parks in the area that’s it’s not that big of a deal. We share the some of the amenities with neighborhood across from us (River Island), which is also super cool! I love how this place is "in the cut" but also so close to stores, Washington road, Savannah Rapids, Evans Towne Center, etc. We look forward to the rest of our time here! Also small psa, the latte, cappuccino maker in the front office has been great, haha. Our apartment specifically has an amazing view of the sunrise which is a bonus too! Thank you Megan for the smooth transition in to our new apartment!

It’s I nice area and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and they have many different t activities they offer. The pool is beautiful and you can go walking in the River Island neighborhood on beautiful trails.

One of the easiest apartment complexes to work with and super responsive! And who can complain with a front office staff and maintenance team that loves your pups almost as much as you do. It’s definitely L & H approved… and don’t get them started on the dog park!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Heron at River Island in Augusta, and I was incredibly impressed! Greer, the manager, was absolutely amazing—professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. The property itself is stunning—peaceful surroundings, beautiful amenities, and a real sense of community. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, this is it. 5 stars all the way!

It's been great pleasure to be part of this beautiful The Heron community! Our family chose this place before we recently moved to Augusta, just by browsing through the web. At first, I was little bit skeptical about finding our new place virtually, especially in a town where we're not familiar with and don't know anyone here. But after I arrived and seeing this magical place, all my concerns and worries were just flown away. I and my husband (including my kid), we all feel like we are truly blessed to be a part of this community and we just love our new home so much!! I personally love all the amenities that this community offers. Thank you so much for accomodating all our needs and keeping every part of this community clean and safe!!
