The Fan Zone

I recently went to the Fan Zone looking for NewBorn UGA items, my first granddaughter is due soon & she's going to be a UGA fan like the rest of the family! I was highly disappointed to be charged $34.14 for a dress that was marked $20.00, and charged $30.00 for a tshirt that was marked $28.99, then given a Valentine's sale discount which was still more than the price tag. When I questioned it at the register, the lady told me "we have a new system & are working on our prices", so your price tags don't mean anything? I ask for a refund on both items, & was told we don't give refunds! Really! I have not left your cou ter, I am being charged more than the items are marked! Finally she gave me the difference of the $20 item that I was charged $34.14. I don't think I will be back, the entire experience was completely unethical.

They need to remove all those logos outside of the store…very misleading. Please carry other teams also.

I’m greatly disappointed!!! I’m an LSU fan and in the past they have carried options for things to purchase. Went in tonight to get a new LSU shirt. And no LSU items because they weren’t selling, I get having Georgia and SC and Braves items… but why Alabama, Auburn and not LsU??? There are LSU fans in the area. Won’t be shopping here again.

The store has everything you need for game day and to represent your team! They have a variety of colleges. The owners are super nice and welcoming.

Stopped in and picked up a Christmas gift. After paying, my daughter (5) noticed the "stickers" and said she wanted to get them. The owner overheard our conversation and was very nice and let her pick one and told her Merry Christmas! She was ecstatic, and as soon as we left the store she told me she wanted to continue spreading "Christmas cheer". Highly recommend this store not just for the quality of their stuff, but the quality of the staff as well.
