Called today to schedule a call or meeting for tax advice for construction business. Spoke with receptionist, she said all the important people were in a meeting but she'd pass the message. Of course no one called me back. This is the new norm we live in. They have enough business and enough money I guess.

My wife and I have used The Cleveland Group for the last three years. Every year we've worked with Adam. We can't say enough good things about the experiences we've had. Our second year we lived partially in GA and partially in CO. Our third year we lived fully in CO and still prefer to work with Adam and the Cleveland Group. They're busy so of course you can't expect to reach them immediately but in our experience they're very prompt in reaching back out. The personal touch and attention to detail is what keeps us coming back even after moving across the country! For reference we're strictly personal returns (no business).

I lost tens of thousands of dollars by using a Tax firm that didn't understand my complex tax situation. I approached three additional firms and discovered that none of them knew any more than I did. When I met with Adam Williams at The Cleveland Group, he was so relaxed that I doubted that he really understood. We sat together and did tax planning with my complicated finances and I knew that he was on top of the constantly changing tax laws. I walked in for some quick help with notary for my passport application and everyone at this office were very willing to help me. The receptionist was very kind to ask me to take a seat and enquired if I needed some water to drink while I waited. The lady who helped me with notarizing my documents was also very kind and sweet. I do not live in Augusta, but if I did I would recommend their Tax services to everyone I know. The service I received from entering the building until I left was nothing short of excellent.
