The Children's Place

Shopped at this location today and was impressed by the overall appearance of the store! I typically visit the Augusta store but can never find anything because it is so cluttered so I end up ordering online but the Aiken store is very well put together and the two ladies I interacted with today were very kind!

Recently, I presented with multiple returns from multiple orders, making it rather complicated. Tamara was SO helpful and went above and beyond working through the various merchandise and receipts. She is very helpful and always a pleasure!

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Tamara .S. Was so helpful and encouraging when it came to finding clothes for my daughter. We have tried so many stores with terrible experiences, we will ABSOLUTLY be back.

I went to the Aiken store with an items which was gifted to my daughter(wrong size) to either return or exchange for the right size. I was informed by the representative that there is a new CEO who have placed a policy for NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN WITHOUT A RECEIPT. Both item total to 50 dollars and seems like the store wants their customer to take a loss or ask for a receipt from a person who gifted her. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never buy anything from here anymore or will tell my family and friends to beware of Children place new policy which is not shared when we are making a purchase but only when we returning it.

The shoes were marked 80% the cashier said they were only 40%. I asked why they didn’t honor the price it was marked. After 10 mins of going to the back to talk to the mgr, she came out to say the mgr wouldn’t honor the price marked. The mgr Tiffany wouldn’t even come out to speak w me. I did not buy anything & will not be back to this location.
