We have purchased new homes before, this is by far the lowest quality of work and service we have ever experienced. Closing delayed and changed multiple times. Trying to get things fixed or repaired has been incredibly frustrating. We feel nothing but regret at this point(was a huge mistake purchasing from this builder). Of all the reviews, we are the only that actually live here. Responded to email below, as usual no response. If you purchase here be prepared for frustration and being told something would be repaired and then getting ghosted. Neighbors are already talking lawsuit. If you plan on purchasing stop and ask someone living here. I have yet to meet any home owner that is happy with what they recieved. We have been lied to constantly. This is the lowest quality work and customer service I have ever seen. They seem to have taken down the response that directed me to email. They can certainly pay enough attention to reviews but not their homeowners.
