The 706 Agency: Allstate Insurance

As I get older, I become a better driver. With better driving comes less risk. Lower risk should yield lower premiums. This makes sense to everyone around me. Is this a scam? Why does my coverage costs continue to rise?

First off I would like to say, Sequoya Shedrick was the best rep I delt with at this company. I have been given the run around with 3 other reps. Which I will not mention, just out of respect, even thou they shouldn't even be employeed with your company. I did everything these reps ask me to do and I recieved nothing in return. They ask me to send pictures of my home after repairs had been done. No follow up AT ALL!! They Canceled my homeowners policy(which caused my auto policy to go up) even after they assured me it wouldn't be canceled as long as I showed proof of quotes from roofers and materials being purchased. Sent them everything they ask and no return phone call, no return email. Nothing!! I was about to take my buisness elsewhere and just cash out the check your company sent me 3 months ago. FINALLY, Mrs. Shedrick took the case. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure things got taken care of. I sent her all the forwarding emails and pictures where I had tried to get this resolved for almost 3 months. She followed up with me by email. Called me to let me know what was going on as well. I want to thank her so much for all the help she has put into this. Even got my auto policy reduced since I had to overpay bc I didn't have the multi policy discount. She is the reason I am still with your company. You are lucky to have her. I give her a 100 star review. Allstate company not so much.

I get the BEST experience because of Seqouya! I don’t think I ever be so happy to call to pay for my insurance. She is completely amazing from the inside and out and I literally couldn’t ask for a better agent to help me with anything! She’s phenomenal at what she does and she treats us customers like family and I just can’t enough of it. THANK YOU MS. SEQUOYA!!

RUN from this agency! Don’t even THINK about receiving any customer service here. I was only with them for 6 months, and by default, since the neighboring local agent closed. First time I spoke to an agent, April, she was rude, but I stuck with them anyways. When I went to renew last month, Allstate had raised my price by hundreds of dollars even though my driving record is spotless. Then, when I went to cancel, no one would return my call. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me to write an email to cancel. Two weeks later now I still have no cancellation and refund/credit of my unused amount, and I just had to waste over half an hour, talking to the national company line to get my cancellation and refund taken care of.

I've had car insurance with State Farm, Progressive, and Farmers before switching to Allstate. Allstate is the best car insurance I've ever had and the only car insurance that charges me based on my driving, not everyone else's.
