Texas Roadhouse

We were a party of 8 and were squished in a booth that fits 6 but extended a small table which is in last picture which ends up right next to the table of other ppl which got smooched by us in a way. We ordered and waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive and unfortunately all that time to wait for our food to arrive cold. The waitress took them back and apologized, but a manager never came like they usually do when something has to get recorded or whatever. We had to wait 30 minutes to get our food, which by now we were ready to leave. They forgot my daughter's corn, which ended up as to go. This was a horrible experience, and it was our first time here, too. Will not be coming back cause this was just a bad experience all around except our waitress who was so sweet and understanding.

This was my 3rd time at this Roadhouse and all 3 times everything was excellent. Delicious food, friendly service. The wait times for a table are very long but that's because it's so popular! On my visit today I had my first Roadhouse margarita, it was delicious and strong. So strong I had to call my husband for a ride home lol. When I explained the situation to the managers, they kindly said I could leave my car in the parking lot and they would watch over it, and invited me to sit inside to wait on my ride. Allison at the bar was very friendly and offered me a drink while I waited (I chose water). Thanks again!

I ordered the 6 oz steak and double side of fries. I swear the fries were just 1 serving. The steak was ok, nothing spectacular. the fries tasted good. I also got the strawberry cheesecake which was good. I wasn't offered any bread, and didn't realize it until I was waiting for my check and was ready to leave so I didn't say anything. I was only given 1 refill of my soda, and the staff barely checked on me, and never asked if I wanted anything more or more refills. I could see my waitress checking their phones and conversing with other staff members. Totally not worth the $25.17 for this, and that's before tips.

We did a pick-up order on February 10th. And spent $90 Ordered the porterhouse with 2 sides - steak fries - house salad Kids meal chicken tenders - steak fries - chocolate milk Cactus blossom Rattlesnake bites Filet medallions with 2 sides - loaded mashed potatoes - chili bowl The Cactus blossom and Rattlesnake bites were really good! Especially with the sauce it comes with. Taking a ⭐️ off for the slack chicken tenders kids meal. The chicken tenders were small dried up bits of batter. I couldn't believe it. My son did not eat it. I was definitely disappointed because whoever the employee is is so rude for that. They saw those dried up bits of batter and still served it Hardly any kind of meat inside. Taking another ⭐️ off for the porterhouse meal. The steak itself was cooked to perfection. I asked for it to be cooked medium, and it was! And it was a nice big steak. But they put the majority of the steak fries directly under the steak. So I was left with soggy, greasy, sloppy steak fries. 🤢 was not appetizing. Again, whoever the employee was is rude. Because they knew what they were doing. Why would you do that to someone's food? There was enough room to place the steak fries on the side of the steak The portion of steak fries was small anyway. There was plenty of room to put them on the side. The filet medallions. A great dish! Steak was cooked well done and perfect. When my husband went to the pick-up window upon grabbing the food. He said thank you, and the guy said nothing back. When someone says thank you, you say you're welcome. You say something. You acknowledge. No kind of decent customer service at that window. Although the food was decent. We won't be back.

Will never come back to this location. The worst service ever, and worst food ever. Sadly this was on our kids birthday. It took 15 minutes for the server to come to our table to take our drink order, which then we were ready to order our food so we just ordered everything. Didn't come back until 25 minutes later. I had already finished my margarita, and most of my family had finished their drinks. 50 minutes after we ordered the food it came out. They never brought any silverware, so we waited ANOTHER 15 minutes for the silverware!!! My order was wrong, and steaks were not cooked properly (pictures attached). My daughter ordered a steak medium. Came out fully cooked. My wife ordered a steak well, this think looked like a brick. Just horrible everything all around. The staff was running around cleaning up, you could tell they were prepping to start closing (at 915pm). Instead of helping each other out, and helping customers, they were picking up chairs, sweeping, etc. We had maybe 10 occasions where another server walked past us after our drinks had been empty for 15 minutes. Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. Our server was a ghost, she just never came by. At one point I thought she might have walked out. She looked overwhelmed, but I only saw here serving 2 tables. You couldn't pay me to go back to this location. Bartender was overwhelmed. The place is so poorly run. It was a mess. I saw the look on several other customers faces. Sucks to take your kids out for a birthday dinner, they asked for Texas Roadhouse, and get this mess. We will never go back to this location.
