We visited the Grovetown, Georgia T-Mobile store today and we're pleasantly surprised. Sharise waited on us and she was incredible. She had a store full of customers when we arrived, but she worked efficiently to make sure everyone's needs were met in a satisfactory and timely manner. After horrible customer service experiences with two cell service competitors, it was refreshing to be greeted with such excellent customer service. I am new to T-Mobile, and if the service is half as good as our experience today, I will remain a T-Mobile customer for life!

Excellent Service: I had to leave Verizon because they no longer have text message +. Thank you, Corey, for excellent customer care, honesty, integrity, and great service. Corey made the transition smooth and uncomplicated. I even walked away with a brand new I- pad and phone. Great service plan to facilitate my need. Corey is professional and on point when it comes to the T-Mobile brand. Best cell phone buying experience I've ever had. What a great, efficient team at Grovetown T-Mobile. No hidden surprises when the bill shows up. Clean, well organized store from the front door to the public restroom. Thanks again Corey 😊

I have had monthly issues with my bill because the promotion somehow falls off. However, I must say that Sean at the Grovetown Ga location has been my advocate every time to get it corrected. Keep up the great customer service Sean. I know these issues are beyond your control but somehow you manage to take care of it.

Do yourself a favor and go to another store. There is potentially illegal activity going on at this location in the form of uppricing phones and the store associates pocketing the difference. As a business customer and long-time (8 yr) t-mobile customer I was very dissapointed in the customer service myself and my family recieved from Chris and Akibah. I came to the store to purchase two Samsung phones for my business and personal use. Chris was helping me at first and then he abruptly passed me off to another associate Akibah, once I was ready to make my purchase. Chris then walked to the back of the store out of visibility. There was another heavy se tstock associate sitting at the desk. Akibah was unprofessional, talked openly to her coworkers about needing waffle house after a night of partying and drinking. They did all this in front of my 6 year old grandson. After she finally made her way over to help me, after we were the only customers left in the store. She then tried to upprice my phone purchase by $1200 without the use of a register. When I asked her for a print out of her quote to take to another t-mobile store, she stated she was going to go get Chris, then she walked away and dissappeared into the back of the store. None of the associates came back out. After a couple minutes, I realized what was going on and left. First off, any qoute that t-mobile gives about a device can be printed including your new estimated monthly cost. Furthermore, the computer will calculate the retail price, you do not need to be doing any transactions on a black calculator held in a top drawer on the side, like Akibah did. Since I work in Corporate Security, I understand how this type of theft gets passed on to consumers, so I hope someone will look into the management of this store to see what is going on.

Sean and Kanisha assisted me in upgrading from an Android to an iPhone. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely return to this same location and refer friends to come to this location as well. Great experience that didn’t take long at all!!
