Systematech

I enrolled in an IT class with Systematech in February of 2023. Unfortunately, the course structure was not as professional as I had hoped. I ultimately ended my enrollment within the first week of classes as all other students in my class did as well, considering I was the only person left in the class by then. By their contract, I was due a refund. There were many errors that went over looked by this company resulting in me receiving less than half of the refund I was due. I was then promised it would be made right. In the last 8 months, representatives have stated that they will attempt to refund the money. They never do and my emails have been ignored for the last 2 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for this reason.
