The service has been top rate - always responsive and timely in resolving any issues that arise. Extra special nod to Tracie Anderson who, with her extensive knowledge of IT, has not only provided a solution to our problems but has been able to give troubleshooting tips to allow minimal disruption to our workflow - and always delivered with a smile!
