Subway

Never been to this Subway. Quality isn't a issue here. they have none. Were out of products which happens sometimes but when we got home our bread was raw. Doughy and raw. So disappointed. Never had this happen at a subway before. We tried to redeem sub in stove but it just tasted bad. Just be aware.

I ordered a foot long tuna I got 3 level scoops of tuns she pulled the knife to smear the tuna I said that was mighty thin layer of tuna for all that bread so I told her to double the meat so she added 2 more level scoops. But wanted to mound the lettuce to make it look like a sub on the picture. I can go to jersey Mike's I get more tuna on half sub than awhole sub so wat it the rule on making tuna subs 13 dollars is a lot of monet for a bread and lettuce sub that smells like tuns

The one reason that I normally visit a Subway is that it is consistent. This Subway was far from that on my visit. There were only six pieces of only white bread left around 6:45 pm. They were out of rotisserie chicken and also ran out of pickles while I was there. The bread was not Subway bread, most likely was purchased from the Kroger next door. I ordered a steak sub due to the lack of chicken. This also was not Subway steak as can be seen in the picture. Just to top all of this off, the sandwich toaster was either broken or the two young men working the store had already turned it off. They power cycled the toaster and placed my sandwich in as the toaster was cooling... This was an extremely poor experience and left me no reason to believe that it would be any different on a subsequent visit. Will not return and certainly do not reccomend going to this location.

I have recently switched to this location from Riverwood. I absolutely love the remodel, cleanliness, customer service, and food. Had a bad experience about a week ago, and spoke with the kindest manager who went over a beyond to rectify the issue. Idk the guys name, but he works evenings, and he is so friendly, attentive, and makes a banging sandwich. 10/10 recommend this location.

Very disappointed in this subway. If I could give it zero stars I would. Went in around 7, the store looked to be closed down as if they were going to shut down early. Waited minutes before was greeted by anyone and then was greeted by some lady that looked to be sleeping in the back. Not to mention the worst attitude. I hope they get new employees because I do really enjoy subways subs. Safe to say I ended up leaving and not ordering anything
