To the Team at Scratch Zone, I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with my recent visit to Scratch Zone. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The environment was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space. Everything about the visit—from the atmosphere to the customer service—exceeded my expectations. I went the first day and absolutely loved it! I bought a package to be stretched once a week. Yes it’s a bit expensive but to me it’s with worth it since I’m too lazy to stretch myself. Carson stretched me then one of the general mangers stretched me and it was quite a work out! I loved it bc there was constant movement during the entire stretch session. The space is very nicely decorated. I enjoy going here once a week.

After seeing the advertisement for a free consultation I decided to call and set up an appointment. On the appointment date when I arrived and entered the studio I was greeted with a warm welcome. A serene setting with soothing, calm music playing made my short wait pleasant. Sheena is the stretch therapist that consulted me on how the process works with multiple stretches to target the joints and muscles that I need to remove fatigue and stiffness from. The next step was going over to the stretching table and she administered the stretches in an orderly, and professional manner. I felt much better, a joined up for 4 sessions to begin with. I left feeling relaxed. My first session today 2/12/25 was administered by stretch therapist Kriss. The session was relaxing and pleasant, conducted in an orderly and professional manner. I felt relaxed, felt pleased by the choice I made to sign up for these sessions. PS ( to everyone that's trying to decide on going in for a consultation and reads this.) Reward yourself the stretch zone experience! You will definitely appreciate it especially if you're not as flexible as you once were. I definitely recommend Stretch Zone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💯

I have been to two stretching sessions so far. I leave feeling less irritation in my back, neck and hips. The staff is awesome in Aiken Stretch Zone! Friendly, professional and very competent. 👍🙂
