Storage Rentals of America

I have a couple of units over at the 1881 Gordon Hwy facility for over five years now. I very seldom post reviews. I feel that I have to say something about this. This facility has never been this poorly kept and unattended as it has this past few months to a year. I know do know that there was someone that took very good care of the property a year or two ago. Things were clean, no trash or debris all over the property, and when I opened the door to my units I didn't track a ton of mold, mildew, and dirt into my units. This is the one thing that I've been stewing over is that when I need to bring attention to things like cleanup or other individuals units being broken into. The property manager nor District Managers can be reached, but some this lady Kristine or Kristina will call me all the time about my units on a Saturday and SUNDAY at later hours. No I'm not talking about Marcy and the automated calls and text. On one encounter with this Kristine or Kristina it was like I was a problem for her to come bring up something extremely important about some people's unit being broken into she didn't want to give me the time, and I would even be so bold as to say she was being and acting quite racist towards me, and has not gotten any better with time. For the record I'm an individual that will treat anyone with respect if I am given respect in return. This is not the case in this particular situation. I do still try to conduct myself appropriately and will courtesy.

Mrs.Rodfers was very helpful and made it real nice and easy to understand. She was also very helpful ,helping choose our unit. Would recommend your storage place to everyone .

Bought a 5x10 storage realized i needed a bigger one went back the next day upgraded it was so simple and Tina Rodgers was very helpful and super nice experience with the whole process would definitely suggesting you if a storage unit is needed near Augusta Georgia go there

Tina was awesome she showed me the unit we had great conversation she explain everything she went over pricing it was the easiest experience I’ve had so far purchasing a unit. Thank you again Tina

DISAPPOINTED I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM THIS PLACE GOING ON A YEAR OR COULD BE A YEAR AND MY UNIT BEEN BROKEN INTO 3 or 4 TIMES BACK TO BACK DID THE CLAIM IN NOVEMBER THE LADY TOLD ME IT TAKES ABOUT 45 DAYS AND HERE IT IS FEBRUARY AND STILL HAVENT GOT NO INFO OF WHATS GOIN ON ITS THE WORKERS GOING INTO PEOPLE UNITS AND MOSTLY EVERYBODY UNIT BEEN BROKEN INTO AND THEY WONT CALL NOR TEXT TO LET U NO WHATS GOING ON WITH THE CLAIM I PAID INSURANCE EVERY MONTH, BUT WE WILL BE IN COURT SOON CAUSE IT DIDNT TAKE 45 DAYS NOR MONTHS FOR YALL TO STEAL MY STUFF OUT MY UNIT SO WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG WITH A CLAIM THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE I CANT WAIT TO TELL THE JUDGE MY SIDE OF THE STORY CAUSE IT JUST DONT MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL WHAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE DONE GOD DONT LIKE UGLY AND THEY LIED TO ME JUST TO GET MY MONEY FOR A UNIT
