If i could pick zero I would have. I have dealt with Ted at Stegatech for around 4 years. Started with him making my home a "smart house" That was a disaster. At the same time I had given him access to my business emails and website. He made such a mess of the website we had to shut it down and let someone else design a new one for me. After that I thought we were done with him. A few months later our email account shut down along with our new website. It was a couple of days of not being able to send or receive emails or contacts info from our website that we figured out Stega Tech/Ted owned our IP address, go daddy etc. And Ted had not paid the yearly dues nor had he contacted me to pay them. After several days of call, email and going by his apartment he did get back to me and corrected the problem . Ted has not billed me nor have I paid him anything over the last few years, everytime I have offered pof ask for an invoice he has put me off. Over the last 3 years this has happened several times. each time we have ask him to release our account offering to pay him to do that but it never came to be. 5 days ago the emails and website went down again. Me, my general manager and my social media person have made numerous calls, text and emails trying to get Ted to respond, each day missing emails and no telling how much business. That was Monday. Today is friday, we have yet to hear from him, I had to hire another IT guy to go in and set up new addresses, emails and move the website, something I wish I had done along time ago, and thats on me for sure!. I have spent all day emailing every past and future client of our new email address because thanks to Ted they have no way to contact us. I DO NOT recommend Ted or Stega Tech. This is one of the worst experiences I I have ever incountered .
