I chose to use this bank to finance my newly purchased vehicle because they had a good interest rate. I had to return to them a couple of times because I am not very tech savvy and needed their help to set up my online banking. They were very patient and helpful.

The best banking experience I have ever had. The staff at this bank is great, friendly and all around helpful. Can not say enough about the manager Nikki. She is a wonderful person!

Nikki and Barrett were a tremendous help! They went above and beyond to help me with my car purchase since this was my first car purchase from a dealership. They explained everything I needed to know about my loan and made me confident about my final car decision. A great establishment indeed!

I do not find this bank has the kind of service level I have had with my other banks. I was locked out supposedly because I was using the wrong pin and because it was Sunday they had no one who could help me. I rarely have connected with my personal bank in the three or four times I tried to contact them. And their limited ATM locations make them inconvenient as well. I think I understand why people use SRP instead

I'd leave 12 stars if I could. Nicky was great. Made the whole process very easy!
