I genuinely love training here. My trainers (Jay & Jen) push me in the best way, and the energy they bring makes every session something I look forward to. I’ve never felt stronger or more confident. Highly recommend them if you want real results with real support!

All the trainers are very professional and super nice. Jay is my trainer. He keeps in communication and works with your schedule. He brakes down each exercise and makes sure you understand how to perform the exercise correctly. The environment is very upbeat and they always have the best playlist to get you motivated ! Everybody gets introduced and eventually you will start to feel like a part of StarFit family. My gym days are now my favorite days!

I have been to many gyms, personal trainers, garage workouts, but STARFIT hits differently. In the 6 months I have been working out with STARFIT , not only has my physical strength vastly improved, but also my confidence. The environment is fun and the workouts are fierce! I’ve been a client for over a year now and have had to set new goals for myself because I’ve continually reached the previous one’s. J and the Starfit family are always welcoming and very encouraging, you definitely won’t lack motivation here.
