Starbucks

I visit this Starbucks frequently due to it being close to my workplace. Every visit is wonderful, and a great place to decompress during my break. Each of the baristas have excellent customer service. They are super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My drink is made right every time in a timely fashion. They even remember my name and my typical order. Out of all the locations I visit (and I visited many of the locations), this location is superior.

Cody made my drink great! I got a venti iced white chocolate mocha latte. He was very nice and quick.

Horrible experience!! I stood in line for 10-15 min before they closed at 9pm... It was 8:40ish when I looked at the time. The person serving saw us waiting in line and as soon as it was my turn it was 9:00 and I was refused service!! I even insisted that she serve us because she knew we had waited more that 10 minutes in the line and I told her we didn't mind waiting and even offered to help her clean up! She then tells me she needs 30 minutes to clean up and she will get in trouble by her manager. 🙄 young people now a days don't want to work a minute past closing time and don't care about turning away customers or giving good service!!!!!!

Went through the drive through with a $25 gift card. My total was slightly over, so I gave her $20 cash for the rest. So, she took the entire 20 and applied $6 to the gift card. NOTE TO STARBUCKS: Train your employees to apply the gift card FIRST, then use the cash to cover the rest. I needed my change today. The coffee was good though.

I stopped by after doing some shopping because I noticed no one in line which is very rare and I stood there for a few seconds and there was a younger guy cleaning something with his back to me and he turned around and I smiled at him and he turned back around and said “jesus christ”. He didn’t even acknowledge me and was just rude right off the bat. I immediately walked away. If you don’t want to be nice to customers then don’t work in customer service.
