Starbucks

Drinks are great, staff are awesome! Took a star off due to the new keypad door locks on the bathroom. It sucks that staff are probably getting asked for the code every 2 minutes. Also while I was in the restroom, people tried to enter 4 times, and due to the doors being so thick they couldn't hear me yelling "occupied." I highly recommend going back to the old locks, because these ones make for a very tedious and uncomfortable experience.

This location has horrible customer service. I ordered my items once I entered the store through the mobile app. I sat down and started my laptop. While waiting on my food and beverage a staff member approaches me and tells me that the cafe is for paying customers only...I've never seen anyone there be told that before and I've always purchased items when inside the store....unacceptable to assume that someone isn't buying anything within 10 mins of being in the store. I had to listen to her speech before I could grab my items off the counter that I was waiting for. I'll be glad when I can return to my usual Starbucks location! This one is terrible!

Been coming to this location since they opened and it's always been wonderful but here lately; the establishment closes at random times, the staff has nasty attitudes and the drinks have not been made right. This morning the barista that was working the window, is usually all bubbly & talkative but this morning, she was snobby; especially when I asked to add a drink to my order. She threw my change into my hand and said "here" in a very rude manor. This location just keeps getting worse as time goes on. They've just lost their daily customer; I'll be taking my business elsewhere now.

Upon arriving the place was pretty empty . Only 3 customers in the store. From what I saw I know 4 employees were working I’m not sure if there were more in the back . For the store to be that slow my wait time shouldn’t have been so long. Not only was I waiting to place my order but I also waited over 10 minutes for a coffee . I could understand if the store was busy but an empty store and my coffee took that long come on now .... I finally receive my coffee and it taste nothing like the past 20+ coffees I had . So I then had to wait for a remake . Also the men’s restroom was completely empty on toilet paper and paper towels to dry your hands . There was also urine on the toilet seat

Did a quick mobile order starbucka run this afternoon to the local Starbucks! The baristas were super friendly and nice. Very clean and non crowded place. Definitely following social distancing guidelines. No indoor consumption but u can order to go and masks are required inside.
