Starbucks

I stopped at this Starbucks today after a lil shopping trip at bath and body works. I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and I always get extra caramel & extra pumps. I’ve never had anyone make it as good as Brianna! It was so so delicious!

Everything was prepared very delicately. No hairs or anything else on the food or even in my drink. Not saying that this is a common thing with Starbucks, but I am trying to be careful for my personal health. The food was great and the drinks were no different. The staff was nice and understandable for the type of payment to receive. I would absolutely recommend this location to any person who would be interested.

I used to go to this Starbucks daily very early in the morning and always had a great experience ordering the same drink (iced caramel macchiato - upside down). However, lately, when I’ve ordered the same drink in the afternoon, it’s always messed up in some way shape or form. Yesterday I paid over 8 dollars (tax + tip) for my drink, and took the first sip after leaving the drive thru, and immediately threw it away. The coffee tasted stale, there was no caramel flavor, there was a TON of vanilla syrup at the bottom, and was just overall very disappointing. The employees seem nice, so I dread leaving a negative review, but for the price I’m paying, it’s unacceptable that this kind of thing has happened at least 5-10 times now.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this store. Venessa, the manager on duty, was extremely unhelpful and seemed to make up her own policies. I tried to return some tumblers I had bought, but she claimed that they don't accept returns for cups. This policy was not mentioned anywhere on the receipt. When I asked to see this policy in writing, she couldn't provide it and didn't know how to answer my questions. Instead, she ignored me and went to the back. Later, she came out and started speaking in Spanish to another customer, still ignoring me. There was no solution offered and no care for the customer at all.

One of my favorite starbucks locations EVER! The baristas are always so so sweet and kind, and always write little encouraging messages on my cups when I come in wearing my work uniform. Have been very considerate and timely in the mornings as well:) Thank you all for the hard work!
