This is crazy right! I eat at Starbucks just about every other day. So I am in Augusta Ga at store #11350 for my routine breakfast almond milk and banana nut loaf now I’m ready to pay. The lady at this window at 8:59 am tells me that she can’t brake a 50.00 bill so I am like are you serious! Mann what so I am like talk with the manager still no help. So at this point I’m just strapping for the exact change for my breakfast. In any form money spends the same. Js

***3rd follow up and again district manager will reach out within 48 hrs and what I get is crickets #starbucks what happened to your customer service?? **Follow up..Called corporate@starbucks they also took a complaint and assured me their district manager would call within 48hrs.. now I know why the employees are slackers and don’t care. I have heard nothing but crickets out of their district manager.!!! Actually stopped in there last night, walked up to the store at 7:49 there were two cones in the middle of the store. The girl had mopped she had blonde hair and a ponytail, and then there was a girl behind the counter, and to my surprise, the blonde girl with ponytail or brown hair, whatever it was Came directly to the door as I was walking up, opened it and switched the locks down on the door and I said are you guys closed and she ignored me didn’t say one word shut the door and locked it right in my face and then I walked up to the door to look at the time that they closed and it said 8 o’clock and I knocked on the door and both girls looked at me and then proceeded to walk away to the very back of the store so I could no longer see them . One would think considering the masters are going on in the Augusta Georgia area this week that the Starbucks employees would be on point and be on their best behavior. I was coming in to have them give us several cups of coffee and a couple of espresso. I’m pretty sure Starbucks isn’t gonna care that they’ve lost probably you know I don’t know hundred bucks, on top of that I’m more mad because it was triple star day and they made me lose my stars

Came here to study and buy dinner..... they're blasting the music on here and they're slow yet my order took a while. I'll just go to Barnes and noble from now on. I also wasn't greeted.

Went to this Starbucks location several times when I was a student at Augusta University. The location was close to my dormitory, so I didn't have to travel so far. My go to was a iced Mocha Frappuccino and a fruit & cheese plate. Service here was good and wifi was excellent. Overall a nice place to go for a drink and socialization with friends.
