I can't say enough about Staples in Augusta!!! Both Gwen and Pam! I went to several different printing places and NOONE could answer my questions. They weren't supportive in trying to help me. I needed things printed pretty quickly. They both helped me with any questions. WANTED to help me get them printed quickly if they could and they did! They were friendly, helpful and gave me peace of mind knowing I'd have my invitations! Great job Staples. I'll never go anywhere else!

I had a great experience here. I ordered a computer chair online because they had a fantastic sale going on. When I arrived at the store, the order had already been picked and placed at the front by checkout, so all I had to do was sign the paperwork and walk out the door. Very efficient, professional and thoughtful people

I visited on 21 May, around 1130ish with hopes getting a task completed in a timely manner. It was a difficult task. I needed an old newspaper article restored to perfection. And Mr Mitch exceeded my expectations and also employees at Hobby Lobby (which was framing a gift for Father's Day). I've worked with customers over 30 years, and this young man represented and exceeded great customer service! He was very patient and focused. Staples Store 246 Robert C Daniel Jr Pkwy Augusta, GA 30909, the staff and management are awesome and are always eager to help me when I walk in the store. They even help me with heavy items that I pull from the shelf and have trouble carrying. I would definitely say that the customer service at this office supply store is top tier!!

The store always has the items in stock to support my office and my computer / printer needs. Personnel are kind and very supportive.
