I went here recently and had a wonderful experience. They reset a small stone on a ring and replaced 3 watch batteries in about 15 minutes. I also bought some polish and a polishing cloth. All of this for less than 47 dollars! I highly recommend this local business!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I came in with my boyfriend (now fiancee) and we felt really defeated and like other places were taking advantage of us since we were looking at engagement rings. We got a better and bigger diamond for around 20-40% less than the big retailers in Augusta. It's my absolute dream ring. They give you their expert advice and always contact you back. I have been doing business here since the early 2000’s. I’ve had several repairs, and even a few custom pieces made. Every experience has been great. They really take pride in their work and they care about their customers. Highly recommend! Edited March 2025: I’m turning 50 this year so we decided to update my wedding rings. I’ve had my ring fixed twice by another jeweler. I just got it back Monday and the stone was already a little loose again, and I was really discouraged. I walked in asking to add prongs, reset it, anything that could fix it. After sinking money into it, I was offering to put more into making sure this wouldn’t happen again. They took it back and fixed it within thirty seconds and refused any payment. Apparently one prong was just loose still. I really appreciate their honesty and the fact that they refused any payment was above and beyond anything I could’ve expected. It really made my day to leave wearing my engagement ring and not having to go without it even longer. Thank you!
