Poor customer service from Consuela Davis. Seems like every time I have her, she has a very unwelcoming and sarcastic attitude. I went to her a few times to try to resolve issues I had and most of the time she was sarcastic, unwelcoming, and just treated me like I was dumb. I waited for over an hour just to ask her a simple question and she scolded me sarcastically right in front of other customers, I will not be coming back to this branch, I will go elsewhere to another srp branch to handle my future banking business the next time I have an issue. Consuela needs a better attitude in dealing with customers
