I'm not satisfied with the fact that I received a confirmation of my booked appointment with SRP for a financial review then when I arrived no one was available to assist me saying they couldn't find anything on a booked spot for me. When I was able to show the information I received by email.

New to Aiken and just had a disappointing experience with SRP. I bank with USAA (you know all of the commercials) and part of banking with them is they do not have physical locations in most places. This normally does not present a problem, but every once in awhile you need to pay for something in cash. My daughter and I had pulled out three transactions worth of $20s from SRPs ATM, at $3/transaction and went to see if I could convert it to $100 bills. Most times this is not an issue, however I was VERY POLITELY told by the lady who answered the door (lobby closed to COVID-19) that if I was not a member that she could not help. She did not ask "who do you bank through", "could we talk about getting you to open an account", all things that might have lead to a new account for them and great experience. Instead that was not the case. We like to shop local and were looking to open an account. SRP is now off the list.

Very very slow I sat inside for 45 minutes before being helped and it was barely anyone there.

Helpful, friendly, convenient. I've done business here for more than 40 years.

Slowest drive through I’ve ever been to.
