SpringHill Suites Augusta

Stayed here during a roadtrip home. Room was clean and seemed very new. Front desk staff was great. Would definitely stay here again!

I would stay here in a heartbeat again. Clean, very nice rooms. Great location to Augusta National.

This was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed at so: rooms are good but lady didn't tell me about a $20 Incidental/store credit/deposit. & it's still more than $140 plus 20 total....$190! There is no way it was $30 in taxes! & can't even get a receipt until the next day! Then because I left a bad review that night they start cleaning my room at 11am & checkout is 12!

My family and I traveled to this hotel yesterday from savannah , Ga for my little brother’s basketball tournament in Augusta . Upon staying inside the hotel when going to use the restroom my mom and I noticed the toilet was overflowing and it had grass like substance inside of it and we were unable to flush . My mom and I in attempt to try to fix the issue to not be a of hindrance to the house keeping staff asked for a plunger from the front desk . When we asked for the plunger the front desk receptionist with a rude tone and attitude refused to give us a plunger and stated that the ticket for the toilet would be put int but no one would come until the next day . How could any guests use a restroom like that especially paying over $100 to stay there ? I would have loved to given this hotel a million stars however due to recent services and manners I will have to give it one star. When my mother asked to speak with management we were told shes put of town and she's sleeping so she could not be called! This is Noooo way to run a business especially a hotel!!! Please do BETTER!!!!!

Unfortunately I have to give 2 starts. I stayed here 2 times, each time was more than 5 days and the 1st time was absolutely great!! The rooms are clean, food is good, and majority of the staff is great!!!! The 2nd time was not. I got into Augusta a little after 1am and when I got there, no one was to be found. I called many times, hollered, and nothing. After about 20/30 min, we were able to find the worker... who was just sitting in the break room. When he did help, he was clearly very annoyed. Then, when I got to the room, the air conditioner/heater wasn't working.... Went down to let the worker know, and he was very annoyed again but gave another room. Get to that room, and it was great, but eventually found out our microwave didn't work.... Ended up having to use the employee microwave and still had about 3 days left and never got a replacement.... Each time I spent over $1,200.... Non of those things should have happened. If I ever go back, I'll look into a different hotel. Too much money to be dealing with those issues and no one seemed to care
