Husband Got a coupon and have tried to used it 20 different times.. every time it is some crap.. closed renovations.. closed postponed renovations.. closed, changed hours after finally having actual grand opening.. no updated hours online.. new changed impromptu hours posted on a paper on the door, closed! It's repetitive.. And here's the kicker... they gave the coupon to drive in new business with new customers And this is the ultimate result. I literally am just over the situation. Not even worth it. Second kicker. They won't even honor the coupon at any other location after all of the mishaps

Five star haircut but super hot in the waiting room. i sat in the waiting room for maybe 15 minutes while my boyfriend got his haircut and it was so hot, that i was sweating just sitting there. they really need some sorts of window shades or something.

I've been waiting for them to open since they closed on Washington Rd. It's the same great people but wow, it was brutally hot in the waiting room. To the point that i had sweat rolling down my head.

My son went in to get a style & learn ways to style his hair he grew out. He came home with his eye bleeding & a messed up military cut. I’m so disappointed. Taylor was his stylist. I would not recommend! However I have a three star vs. a 1 star because the Mgr. Stephanie made it right by fixing his hair so it grows back in properly along with a refund. She deserves a 5 star. Know who you’re getting before you go if it matters to you.

Hair cut was off center, service was lacking, staff were rude. Apparently the queue system favors the website so if you come in expect a wait. Go to the barber next door this place was run by children
