The staff were very helpful, and got to me within minutes of me getting there. The information was extremely helpful. I was not aware how tight the marketability was for rings. My ring was slightly bigger than the normal (11-1/2) and the design did not allow much sizing margin to get it back in the normal “band” (high end at 10-1/2). Unfortunately we were unable to make a deal, but they were very forthcoming with that information out of the gate and I appreciate the honesty. And I learned something! Would definitely recommend to those looking for information about selling a wedding ring.
