I called the shop prior to towing my car in, the person at the front desk told me he will get it taken care of, although I explained I don't have a master key for my tire. When I came in, he said there is nothing they can do, I got upset, and he told me to leave the shop.. I broke down in tears, my car was not drivable.. THANK GOD TO MR. TERELL, HE SAVED ME THAT DAY!!! Wouldn't reccomend the shop, but if you need something done, Mr. Terell that works there as a machanic IS YOUR MAN!! THANK YOU SIR FOR YOUR HELP!!!

I will give this place 5 stars because the service was done to standard and the workers are nice and pleasant. I came on a rainy, busy Thursday morning, so I’ll give them some grace. I did arrive to hop in queue at 11:20AM. My actual service didn’t start until about 12:00PM. I was approximately 5 cars behind. My tires didn’t get installed until 12:22PM. They have multiple lanes and a lot of workers, however, I think they would benefit from some extra equipment. I see the workers using the same air gun and tire machines. This place is too busy for shared tools. I will acknowledge they do have a system, but I see some areas of improvement. I paid and pulled off at 12:25PM. If and when I need to return I pray my time spent here is significantly shorter than over an hour. I’ve never spent this amount of time for a tire change. Anyway, I was quoted $75 on the phone before I arrived, and that’s what I paid, so that part is good. I’m not sure about the other reviews on the pricing. I haven’t driven around yet, so stay tuned for an updated review if I run into any issues. I don’t expect too, but even the mighty fall.
