I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience, especially as someone who works in the medical field. One of the evening Botox injectors is someone that I would caution about. The injection was NOT gentle at all; it felt more like being jabbed in the face. After a glabellar injection, I experienced immediate bleeding and bruising, which worsened over the next few days. And I never bruise after injections. Unfortunately, I now have scar tissue in that area.This is very disappointing and concerning experience. Have not been back to this med spa since then.

Disappointed with IPL Treatment – No Results or Signs of Efficacy I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience after receiving an IPL treatment here. I left the salon with zero visible signs that the treatment was performed effectively — no redness, no warmth, no darkening of pigment, no flaking, no texture change. None of the typical post-treatment responses were present, either immediately or in the days that followed. I even called the salon the next day to express my concern, explaining that I didn’t believe the treatment had been done properly. I was told to “wait longer to see results,” but I’m now well past that window with absolutely no change or improvement. At $300, this is a significant cost, and I expected at least some indication that the treatment was active or successful. I’m left feeling extremely disappointed and unheard. I sincerely hope the salon re-evaluates their approach to both treatment delivery and client communication — especially when a client raises a red flag right away.
