Glad bill Beazley home builders sent me here. Phyllis is such an outstanding salesperson. When we went to choose lighting and fans for our newly built home, she showed us everything they had in the store that matched our description. I even found furniture and lamps that are beyond typical. So satisfied. We will definitely continue to shop here.

I would like to leave an exceptional review and recommendation for Southern Lighting Gallery and for Eric Braswell. Southern Lighting Gallery provided the lighting for our new home that we purchased from Bill Beazley Homes. We had been dealing with a warranty issue regarding the lighting for almost 14 months with Bill Beazley Homes. When Bill Beazley Homes refused to honor their warranty when we found the solution to the issue, Southern Lighting Gallery stepped up and took care of the issue. I would highly recommend Southern Lighting Gallery and specifically Eric Braswell for his customer service and care and respect shown to us as customers. Thank you! I stopped in the showroom at 4:35 to "just look" and not necessarily purchase and come back when I had more time as it was so close to closing. I was immediately greeted by a friendly salesperson asking if I needed assistance. Due to the frame before closing, I just asked to be directed to the area in which I was hoping to find some selections to consider. I was happy with just looking alone. As I saw some very nice choices and did need some questions answered, another associate was in the area and asked me if she could help. Lisa Roberson was awesome! I had several questions and she was very patient with me and knowledgeable with the fixtures and helped me find what I was lookIng for. After placing the order and returning home (out of town), I had some further measurement questions I needed answered. I called the store the next day to speak with Lisa. Being that she was with a customer, she contacted me soon after and answered my questions and even sent several pictures with measurements that assured me that I had made the right choice. Thank you, Lisa! Excellent customer service! You have a great employee! I'll be back and will recommend Southern Lighting to others!

Quality of lights for the price they charge is overpriced. More so, the service with this company is POOR. Our builder sent us there to choose lighting with our allowance. One first representative Melissa did not respond, call or communicate with us when we had questions. We had to call and come to the store to get any communication in regards to our light order. They switched us to another rep, Amanda and she has was helpful at first and now has been the same with communication. I've emailed and called with no luck. We have been in our home now for close to a month and there are still lights that do not work and nobody has come out to replace it as they promised. Will NEVER purchase another light from this company again.
