We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. A crab bag with an additional lobster tail and fried chicken plate was ordered. It’s very hard to mess up a crab bag. It was seasoned well and enjoyed. There was nothing; however, favorable about the chicken wing plate that was ordered. Though fried crispy, the chicken lacked seasoning. It was also very veiny, which was both distasteful and unpleasant to look at. The sides were not great either. They too lacked seasoning or any flavor. The servers were very pleasant and checked in often to make sure we were okay with drinks and food. With a somewhat generous tip, the food totaled to about $95. I, personally, do not think that the food was worth the cost paid, especially being for two individuals who ordered a meal a piece. On the menus it says there are “absolutely no refunds,” and by the end of our meal, I could see why. This is not a place I would recommend for flavorful food as it did not meet my expectations.

Ate here last night with my family. Wasn't greeted just stared at until I said something. Did come close to closing but close isn't closed. The food was pretty good. Calamari was a little chewy. My snow crab was good I could have went hotter. My husband really enjoyed the oyster po boy. The veggie plate for my kids was tasty as well. The waitress was nice and kept our drinks full. They started mopping the entress while customers were still inside and my daughter slipped and hurt her knee. I'm undecided if I would eat here again.

im only giving a two star because our server was excellent... otherwise I'd put a zero for stars. first of all my family has been here several times over the last few years and have always enjoyed good food and great service. this time we got the absolute opposite. bathroom has no soap, do employees even wash their hands? according to the server they have a 'special' sink with soap that kitchen staff uses 🙄 server blamed kitchen staff for this mishap why wouldn't you put soap in the restroom so people can wash their hands when they're done with their business??? completely unsanitary. what got me was the timing of food. they were not busy at all, only a few tables occupied. we ordered food for my 6yo first because she eats slow. and my wife and I continued to look at menus. we waited over an hour before any food came out, and it was only for my wife and I. (they seemed to completely forget about my child's order) which was again at fault of kitchen staff apparently. idk they must be under new management or something.... I'd steer clear of this place. they will probably shut down soon. my food wasn't even warm, like actually cold. what is going on with this place??? used to be awesome 😭

Let me just say this—Soul & Seafood is the real deal. I had my very first seafood boil at a restaurant there, and now? I'm hooked like a shrimp on a skewer. I customized my boil with snow crab (1/2 lb), shrimp (1/2 lb), scallops (1/2 lb), three golden potatoes, three sweet corn cobs, and two perfectly cooked eggs—and oh my gracious, it was love at first bite. The seasoning? It hit every note: buttery, garlicky, spicy-sweet magic that had my mouth watering nonstop. I literally could not stop eating. My taste buds were having a praise break! But it wasn’t just the food that had me glowing—it was the vibe. The waiters were SO kind, welcoming me like a long-lost cousin, and when I finished my feast, they high-fived me like I’d just won a seafood championship. It was my first time having seafood at a restaurant, and they made me feel like royalty. Seriously, customer service like that? Rare. Beautiful. Deliciously wholesome. So if you’re craving a meal that hugs your soul and satisfies your stomach, run, don’t walk to Soul & Seafood. Whether you’re a first-timer or a boil pro, you’ll leave full, happy, and planning your next visit. I know I am! Rating: 10/10 butter-drenched crab legs. Will be back for round two. Wanna come with? I’m not sharing my scallops though. You've been warned.
