Very pricey. I had to be the one to reach out anytime I wanted an update. Not very personable either. This business is essentially relying on people who can’t figure out much cheaper, online services

I recently switched accounting firms and started working with SME in fall of 2018. Initially I was hoping to find an accountant that could help me better manage the taxes for my small business, and Kelly has done a phenomenal job with reassessing my information and ensuring I am on the right track with my estimates and income tax liabilities for 2018. Additionally, I opted to use their new CFO service, which paired me with an expert from their firm to convert my existing accounting system over to quickbooks online and sync up my client management portal for payments. They also trained me on how to use the quickbooks dashboard, run reports, reconcile my accounts and other simple tasks. They have been extremely helpful in making me feel more confident in my accounting practice for my business and I am so glad I made the switch to their firm!
