I never knew this place existed lol until my friend had her son's birthday here. This place is absolutely awesome for the kids and for adults to play, too. My daughter loved this place so much that she wants her birthday here next year, which I'm very tempted to do, so we'll see. There's so much to do and jump on that you can't get bored at all. The food is yummy, too. The service was great. They have little scavenger hunt games, and my daughter actually found one and got a slushie as her prize, which she was excited about and enjoyed it all. I definitely recommend this place to everyone young and old. They have massage chairs if you want to just relax, lol.

This has been the best birthday experience we’ve had at this facility ever . Checking in- you have the friendliest and most enthusiastic hostesses who all greet you and your family and birthday boy with excitement and love. Actually feeling welcomed and special is a first for us. I appreciate you ladies so much for your fantastic hospitality skills. Our birthday party room host. I cannot remember his name. I’m so sorry. I don’t even know what my son’s gifts were so I assure you take zero offense to my memory loss! He was fantastic . Our entire experience this time is a 360! All of your staff stayed upbeat, happy, smiling, they are so good at their jobs. Whoever played the floor is lava on the loud speaker -thank you🥰 The Montgomery family loved spending Elon special day with you all. Thank you my friends❤️ we will be back next year ❤️

We have been members at urban air for years, and today decided to join Sky zone for a change. We could not be more disappointed!!! First off the air seemed broken, it was extremely hot. Then, when we went to try and order pizza at 6:10 pm, the employee was putti my in the computer, then the manager walked over and told her “no, we can’t make pizza, we have to save it for the weekend parties.” After I pushed a little saying that my child was really hungry, they said “well we can make a personal pan pizza, but that’s it.” Which is double the price. Then, after I agreed to order that because it was my only choice, they never put it in the oven. I came back 10 min later and stood in line to ask them why it wasn’t in the oven…. They both had HORRIBLE attitudes, rolled their eyes and told me “we are getting it!” One was on the phone the entire time. She is supposed to be the manager…after 30 min, I had to leave, so I went to the concessions and saw the pizza in the oven already out, with another employee. I told her we were waiting on the pizza and had to leave. She was extremely rude and stated she knew, and that she would get it. But just stood there and didn’t get it for a few minutes just to be rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience with this many employees anywhere. It’s very sad they feel they can treat customers this way. It’s double the price of urban air, and they always have fresh pizza and a friendly staff. The bathrooms at sky zone are horrible. All toilets filled with nastiness, and overall just so disappointing. I will be contacting corporate because this is unacceptable behavior that came from 3 different employees!!!!

This was a great place for kids. We went earlier in the day with our 5 year old and there were mostly younger kids and it made for a very fun time. I did have one SAFETY CONCERN: when the attendant left the trapeze jump area the did not take the trapeze grabber pole and did not close off the pit- so another child took the pole to attempt the grab and the pole fell and the child from the platform this could have caused an injury. My other concern was with the same zone: when another child had jumped into the pit and was still there the attendant instructed my child to go ahead and jump towards the side- however at that time the 1st child was trying to exit and came in front of my child as they jumped into the pit- the attendant should make sure that the jump pit is clear prior to directing another child to jump in.

We had a good time at the party. Probably won’t do it again. I paid over $500 for a birthday. We didn’t get the free shirt as advertised. Or any of the gift bags as advertised. In the middle of the party they came up to us and reminded us that we still had to pay for the party as if we had intentions to just party and leave… I wasn’t really sure when the party was to be paid for. I assumed after the party was over.. I assure you we were not going to leave and not pay… we didn’t have anyone really help us or plan the party. No one called me at all before the party to check base with us like the email said they would. All the employees just sat around together in groups and chatted the entire time. I will definitely say that urban air really appreciates their parties that’s thrown at their company. Over all I really like the lay out of the building. Really easy to look around and find kids. Just very poor service. No one was rude by any means, we just were not important. Will continue with urban air where my child will feel special.
