I really would give this place a -5 star. I tried to do a refund on 07/07/2024 at 5:07. Return policy day 14 days which is 07/11/2024. My receipt purchase day is on 06/27/2024. Juanita would not refund because she said that my receipt was out of date. I wouldn’t have made a big deal about it but I’m going to be out of town and will not be able to return before 07/11/2024. She said I could talk to the manager, Melissa when she comes in tomorrow. I would recommend a return calendar because the staff can’t even count to 14. Very disappointed.

I shop at simply 10 all the time but, this 1 time I brought 2 bras they were too small and I took them back to get the right size and I was told that I couldn't exchange them for the right size . I think that wasn't fair to be because if there was a sign saying no exchange or refunds I would not have brought the bras . Now I have 2 bras that I can't fit at home. I am not happy with simply 10

I really do like this store, it's a great place for me because they have a lot of plus size clothes, and the clothes fit so perfect and it's a cheap price for high quality clothes. You will always find something there. Clothes, shoes, purses, perfume, jewelry, sunglasses, lingerie. All 10.99 and under! Love it!!!

I was at Simply 10 in Augusta, Ga today and Melissa the store manager was absolutely amazing. She helped me put together a couple outfits and find great deals. Melissa was so patient with me and made me feel like a valued customer.
