We absolutely LOVED the food at our wedding! Beef tenderloin, chicken, potatoes, Mac and cheese, veggies, and apps were all fantastic - our guests raved about the food. The staff is great but communication during the planning process was challenging, it could be difficult to reach them. We were also frustrated that we did not get to try really anything on our menu other than the vegetables. Silver Palm does not do formal tastings like other catering companies do, so we had to taste food at one of the weddings they were working. However, the menu was not anything like ours, and this was only done 2-3 months before the wedding. So we took a chance on the food (which worked out for us) but we wish we could’ve had a formal tasting like many other catering companies do. The food was awesome though so I would recommend still!

I am very pleased with Silver Palm. They catered my wedding and the full staff was so kind and helpful. Katie was always available to answer any questions. Guests loved the food, specifically the mac and cheese, veggies, and buffalo chicken dip!

My husband and I sat down with Ian and Katie to discuss our concerns about the menu we were having for my daughter's wedding. We were reassured that the meat and fish would not be dried out. Unfortunately, the chicken parmesan was overcooked and dry. The fish was also overcooked. The shrimp and grits were tasteless and the shrimp were overcooked. On a positive note, the sushi was great and the vegetable dishes were delicious.

My husband and I hired Silver Palm Catering Co. for our wedding and the service was exceptional! The food was amazing and delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I honestly couldn’t ask for more. They made my wedding a blast! My guest loved the food so much that they are still talking about it a week later. Ian and his staff made everything easy for me as the bride. They helped with the menu and once again I can not stress how amazing and attentive his staff was. They really made my day even better.
