David, Maddie, Saxon & Quinten showed up in a timely manner and quickly got everything done. They were professional and extremely helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had and they handled all of my salvageable items with care.

I am thoroughly impressed with the serve pro team this evening. When they were contacted they immediately contacted me and got everything rolling. Brian was the first one out. He explained the process I would be going through. Made me very comfortable. David Vaughn and Saxon Washington did the mitigation and fans humidifier. They worked together as a team and were set up quite quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again should the need arise!

Greg, JB, Jose, Steve, Brian, Sean were my service providers. Around 6pm I did my insurance claim for a leak in my living room. I was at work when I did this. My insurance company sent these men out to remove the water and prevent further damage to my home. They responded quickly to the point where I hadn’t gotten off of work (10pm) when they showed up to assess and help. We found out my washing machine was not properly installed (Rent a Center installed it the previous day), and they got right to work drying out and finding the effected areas. Let’s start off by saying they came out for a leak/restoration clean up, at around 9/10pm on the first night and worked until well after 3AM to get the bulk of the issue resolved. Then came back the next day to finish. Very professional AND knowledgeable. Greg was extremely pleasant as he was the go to guy for me. He offered suggestions and let me know what was happening, gave me a timeline and showed he cared. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg and his team for ANY job ANYTIME! The areas affected were my Master bathroom, laundry room (upstairs) and living room. (Downstairs). The crew was respectful to the time of day they were working, and worked as quickly and effectively as they could, as not to disturb my everyday life. I greatly appreciate the effectiveness and efficiency of their service and would use them again if needed. They even caught a plumbing issue due to the leak and suggested I call a plumber to assess further which I did. I’d say they definitely go above and beyond to get the job done! I appreciate all of your hard work. It does not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for the work you did in my home.

Landon, Keith, Rachel and Eli showed up promptly after a storm to identify the source of the leak and get multiple fans running to dry out the area for repair. The team was extremely polite, quick and cleaned up afterwards. All around great experience from them!

Great people, great company. Jeremy, Carson, Misty and Preston were all super helpful and attentive. They really took their time making sure things were done right and explaining the process along the way. Although I hope I don't have to, I will definitely use their services again if need be.
