Sears Appliance Repair

The technician was so pleasant, honest, helpful, and fixed my fridge so quickly! Although he was very timely, he was also thorough and explaining everything that he would be doing and what it would cost prior to moving forward. I always felt comfortable. Only sad thing is the wheels on the bottom of the fridge must be broken too because it tore up quite a few parts of our kitchen floor without either of us even seeing it. Quite a bummer. Maybe there’s a warranty/ policy for that too?

This was the worst customer experience of my life. They are terrible, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! They are dishonest, said they came to my house and I didn’t answer when I know they didn’t. They came to my house to diagnose my fridge(even though they already knew what was wrong with it because we diagnosed it over the phone) and he looked at it for 5 seconds and said it was the compressor, which we knew already. That was on January 15th. Since then they canceled 4 appointments on me, then tried to blame me for it. Meanwhile, the entire time they didn’t even have the part! It’s the most inept company I ever dealt with. No wonder their department stores went under. Stay away

The technician Lee was awesome squared the freezer issue away with no problem at all. Very happy to have this Sears warranty subscription. it’s working fine now…

Edward did a wonderful job communicating exactly what was wrong with our dishwasher. He also gave us the total break down of what was needed and even recommended what would probably work best for us (cost to fix vs brand new) so we had options.

Set up appointment for a clean, takes off two screws then recommends to replace the whole inside machine parts! Horrible
