THIS STORE IS EASILY MY FAVORITE !! THE selections and quality of merchandise are awesome and always changing, so it's a fun visit each time. Kudos to the staff who are friendly and helpful and have amazing talent in presentation . I want to redecorate my home after I return from the store after being inspired by Savvy's talented staff and selections. We have been fortunate enough to find our dining room set, living room couch and side chairs, and coffee table from Savvy. And of course, I have my mind set on a number of other items I " must have' too !... the Art and cupboards are also gorgeous and fun as are the conversation pieces too. Thanks for making my move to Aiken a wonderful decision!!

Went by savvy homes on whiskey Rd. In Aiken and someone had put a piece on a 24 hour hold, I also put it on a second hold . The next day I went in and the person had not come to get it and had not paid for it. So I was trying to get the piece, the person that was working there would not let me buy the piece. Said it would not be good business to sell to me because they wanted it. So I went back the next day and it was still there ,so a 24 hour hold turned in to a 3 day hold. I have bought so much from there and that is very pour service and they will never have to worry about Me buying another thing from there. I have never been treated so rude & disrespected. I think the heavy set girl with brown/ red hair should be unemployed . If this is how she treats people, then they will only loose business. Hope you are happy savvy Homes. Little disappointed. My wife bought several pieces there and no issues, then the last purchase was a desk with a hutch, nice piece, when we hired movers one of them pointed out there was a big chunk broken of on a support board on the underside of the desk , furniture was already paid for and movers brought it home , I made a picture of the damage and next day the manager called my wife. They would t give a discount since it was on the bottom of the desk, with all respect.. that damage wasn't there at time of purchase ,period..yall damaged it when moving it out of the showroom to the back , not impressed that it gets handled this way and certainly not buying there any more . Buying a couple thousand on stuff and when you damage a purchased item from a customer at least give some discount or replace the damaged item. Seems customer service is at a low there. I wouldn't recommend paying in full there till you pick up your item and it's in one piece.
