Savannah Oaks

The amenities at Savannah oaks are top-notch! I particularly enjoy the swimming pool . The location is also ideal, with easy access to all the local food spots and shopping options. But what truly sets Savannah oaks apart is the incredible they are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and valued.

When I tell you I LOVE MY APARTMENT COMMUNITY!!!!! I mean it we have the best front office lady’s ! The best landscaping company contracted out here! Maintenance is always on time and swift. The really do care about their tenants. 10/10 would recommend anyone to live here it’s soooo quiet , assigned parking, gated community, pool ,park, laundry like what else could I ask for . And the cherry on top is it’s AFFORDABLE!!!!!!!

Don’t ever move here!!!! The gate never worked, pool is always closed or they would close it early. Don’t have a maintenance issue because it probably won’t get done in a timely manner. The people in the office is always too busy for but let you be one minute late on your rent, they got time. The laundry room smells and the washers leak. Just stay far away from this place. None of these people are kid friendly and they don’t allow dogs but you’ll see dogs in the neighborhood.

Changed their name because they got some bad feedback they wanted to hide! They were The Groves... look those reviews up! Here is mine.If i could give it zero stars I would. We flooded a couple years ago during a storm and they REFUSED to give us our deposit/rent back because it was unlivable. The redcross was generous enough to put us in a hotel. They also didn't inform us that this has happened there on more than 1 occasion! After they told us they cleaned up and fixed our house that we could come back, they had put the same flooded carpet right back in there after it sat in the house full of water in the 100+ weather for a week! Mold was all over the baseboards but yet they daid they cleaned and we could come back. Eff that! So when we demanded to be let out of our lease, get our months rent back and deposit they laughed in our faces. "This was an act of god" they said. In reality they NEVER cleaned their drains so that is the exact reason it flooded. So you have been warned!
