Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Tldr; Fantastic service, I recommend the branch, esp. Justin and Bohdan. Went as a walk-in late morning on a Saturday. We had a screw in a tire from the day before (construction on I-20 near Atlanta) and were driving on our spare. Justin greeted us at the tire reception desk, listened to our situation, and gave us great advice and a transparent window of 2 hours for the tire patch. Before they started the primary patch, Bohdan even took time to show us the balancing issue with our spare and possible solutions. He was extremely helpful. Also found out that they replaced the valve stem for us and finished 30 minutes early. Because we had the tires installed at Sam's there was no charge, incl. the valve stem replacement. Impressed with the service, as well as the communication from Justin and Bohdan.

Ran flat in the parking lot and could not get the spare off. Thankfully one of the guys from the tire shop helped us get the car jacked, tire back on, and filled the spare tire with air. Thank you so much Austin!! 10/10 recommend for all your tire needs.

Fast, friendly, and affordable. My first experience with the auto center was a stellar one, thanks to Jeremiah who went out of his way to accommodate me when I showed up without an appointment needing a battery, despite the fact that they were busy at the time and daylight was waining. Adain was equally kind, helpful, and professional. Their laidback demeanor was especially refreshing and allayed the sense of dread I’d been experiencing having to deal with a battery going bad quickly and the expense of purchasing a new one. I greatly appreciate their making me feel valued, and the fact that Jeremiah cared enough to ensure that I would be able to get what I needed without having to risk being stranded again means the world to me.

I had a tire issue and went to Sam’s Tire & Battery on Monday 7/18 at 4 PM. There was a lady there and said she couldn’t help me and the guy that would be able to help me left already. She scheduled me an appointment for the following day. After I gave the woman my phone number twice the guy walked up. I said oh there he is and the guy told me it was his Friday and he is leaving. I kept my appointment and came back Tuesday 7/19. They were closed AGAIN. I just got a phone call from the manager and he said he called me twice and they have staffing issues. I never received a call. The lady that took my number was not even close to my number. I eventually just fixed it myself. Not impressed for my first time using the Sam’s Tire & Battery!
