Today I had an appointment to get four new tires. Upon arrival I couldn’t help but notice how poorly the young man behind the counter was treated by customers. They were busy, short staffed, but it was apparent that he was doing the best he could. Once it was my turn, I couldn’t help but notice how fantastic Maxwell was. He was very informative and honest about running a little bit behind. He really went above and beyond and made my experience fantastic.

Recently ordered custom cupcakes from this location. When I arrived for pick up, they did not complete them as ordered. The color scheme was completely off from what was ordered for my brother’s graduation. The lady fixed that however, the icing was horrible. Not sure if she just grabbed whatever was on the counter at the moment but it tasted whipped which is not what was ordered. We had a cake from another Sam’s weeks ago for another graduation and it was just right. This location is not up to par when preparing these orders and the online ordering system makes it no better. Highly disappointed and do not intend to return for future custom cake orders.

I just wanted to thank Sam's Club, for the "store policy" at the Tire Installation entrance that doesn't allow for your customers, both handicapped and elderly, to enter or leave through your entrance doors. It was such an eye opening experience to walk in 98° weather from one end of your building to the other end of your building to the main entrance, walk all the way back to the store to the Tire and Battery section, check in for my Tire Installation, look out your tire entrance door and see my truck parked just outside. Then walk all the way back to the front of the building ALL the way around your building in 98° heat to my truck, get my handicapped sister who sat in my truck with the AC on while I went to check in, walk AGAIN from the back of the building to the front side of the building in 98° heat, walk back to the Tire and Battery section at the back side of the store, to give my keys to the technician to start my installation. And to add insult to injury, next to the unusable door entrance, sat an unplugged scooter cart. Which we plugged up and let it charge while we waited for the completion of my install but even after finally reaching 100% the scooter would not go forward or reverse. So once again, my handicapped sister and I had to walk all the way to the front entrance of the store from the Tire &Battery section, all the way around the building to the back side of the building to pick up my truck once the install was complete. I see how you operate and have learned a valuable lesson. I will never buy a single tire or utilize ANY auto services at your Bobby Jones location. If your store policy is to make your customers go through such extremes for basic services, you can expect to have nonrepeat customers. You have certainly lost 2 with your store policy and lack of handicap accessible mobility.

Grocery pick-up takes forever! Every time I've used the service it takes about 35 to 40 minutes from check-in. I understand they're busy. But I could have done all my shopping and left in that time.

This review is for the cafe. The lady taking the orders was borderline rude and definitely didn’t care for helping the customers. My hot dog was barely warm. There were no lids for the drinks, no napkins in the dispenser, and no mustard at the condiment section. Who eats a hotdog with out mustard. When I went back to the counter to ask for mustard the same lady looked at me in a very condescending way and said we are out of mustard( with zero personality). I did see a plastic bag over in the corner that was self service, not even offered with the order. This is not the first time I have been to the cafe and had the same interaction with this woman. There was a young coworker in the back that came up and was 100%better with the customers. The cafe used to be great when the self serve kiosk was there and better people serving. This type of service is pitiful. They need to be trained at Chick Filet PJF
